Oh, sure, you may know what the IAJGS conference is, and that it's coming up this July 11-16, and that it's going to be held in downtown Los Angeles at the awesome new J.W. Marriott at LA Live. After all, you've managed to find and read this blog! Perhaps you've even subscribed to our newsletter. But what about all the people out there who could potentially enjoy this conference, if only they knew about its existence, or even about genealogy in general?

Call for Papers Extended, and Conference Registration Delayed

Breaking News! Because of a flurry of last-minute submissions, we are going to be extending the Call for Papers for the 2010 IAJGS conference until this Wednesday, January 20th at midnight. And because of technical delays, we pushing back the date that Conference Registration begins, also changed to Wednesday, January 20th. So if you've been procrastinating on submitting a talk for our conference, you have just a few more days to get your materials in. And we hope to see you all back on this website on Wednesday so you can start registering for our exciting program!
