Be a Vendor
We Welcome Vendors and Exhibitors
Come be part of the world’s largest Jewish genealogical Conference this summer in Los Angeles! This year we are expecting more than 1,000 researchers from all over the world, as well as a large contingent day attendees from the greater Los Angeles area. We have reserved a large, centrally located, space for exhibitors during the entire conference period. The conference and exhibitors will be promoted in local, national and international media. All exhibitors will be listed on the conference web site, in the Daily Planner and Syllabus, receive a complimentary ad in the banquet journal. The conference provides a wonderful opportunity for you to share information about your services and sell your products. We know that our attendees will appreciate your presence.
Exhibit room hours
Set up:
Sunday – July 11th – 6 am to 9:30 am
Open to attendees:
Sunday, July 11 – 10 am to 6 pm (our Market Square Fair will run from 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm)
Monday, July 12 – 9 am to 6 pm
Tuesday, July 13 – 9 am to 6 pm
Wednesday, July 14 – 9 am to 6 pm
Thursday, July – 9 am to 4 pm
Breakdown:
Thursday, July 15 – 4 pm to 6 pm
Exhibitor Charges:
$230 per table. Each table is 6 ft x 30 in. A table includes one (1) chair, wastebasket, table covering and skirting.
Location Surcharges (as long as space is available):
Corner booth: Add $60.00 to the above
4+ Table Island: Add $110.00
Perimeter Walls: Add $85.00 (includes draping on the wall for hanging signage & decor)
Additional chairs: $10 each.
All signed contracts must be received by June 30, 2010.

Any packages arriving prior to July 7, 2010 will incur a hotel storage fee charged to the vendor. A shipping label can be downloaded here (.PDF format).
